Travel fees will be based upon accessibility, time, and location. All pricing will be given prior to your appointment - no surprise fees!
For power of attorney document copies it is $15 per copy. For notarizations with apostille services, each signature will be discounted to $10.
Apostille services: $175 first apostille | $50 each additional apostille
Includes document preparation, filing and filing fees, mail/postage, and same or next day service. Please allow 1 week for the State of California to process the apostille.
Special hours fee: $25
For all calls on holidays or between the hours of 7pm - 10pm weekdays or 5pm - 10pm weekends.
Travel fee: $10-75
No travel fee if you are within 0.5 miles of a notary. All travel appointments more than 5 miles require a deposit.
Waiting fee: $15/15 min (after 10 min grace period)
Notary will wait 10 minutes in case you're not ready for your appointment. If you need more time, there will be a $15 fee for every additional 15 minutes.
By California law, all fees will be given to you on the phone or through message prior to your appointment. Once quote has been given, pricing will not change unless you request to change the location or time.

Due to the possibility of booked appointments for the day, traffic, and other causes not in our control, we do not guarantee that we will have a notary available for you during our regular business hours or after hours.
